The man on the photo is Cris Montinola (his username), Tony Matulac in real life, a DOTA2 player from Iloilo City.

According to GMA News and Public Affairs, Lolo Cris was hospitalized last 2012 because of a heart problem. After his treatment, he tried to play a game in a computer shop and DOTA was introduced to him.

Defense of the Ancients 2 is a MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) video game sequel to the popular Defense of the Ancients (DotA) Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. Each user can play and control one of the 110 game characters or "Heroes". Each group must defend their home base from the attacks of the enemy while destroying the enemy's stronghold.
