Is this the construction of Eat Bulaga's newest studio?

When you hear the name "Broadway Centrum", it automatically connects as the home studio of the longest-running noontime show on the Philippines, Eat Bulaga!

But there are photos circulating on Social Media that Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) Inc. is constructing a new studio in Marcos Highway in Cainta, Rizal.

New Home Studio of Eat Bulaga?

According to the Facebook post of SUPER Sireyna of Eat Bulaga fan page, the new studio is located at the Marcos Highway, Cainta, Rizal near Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall.

It is also stated on the post that the reason in building a new studio is that the current one, the Broadway Centrum is too old and needs to be demolished for the safety purposes.
