The show plays love songs of yesteryears and features a guest poem reader, in this case, Alden. He read a poem by American poet James J. Metcalfe titled "Why I Love You".

I love you for the words you say and all things you do,
And for the happiness I have each time I think of you.
I love you for the pleasure of your friendship from the start.
And for the way you offered me a corner of your heart.

He also read a Tagalog poem by an unknown author titled "Unang Damdamin."

Ipagpatawad mong sa iyo'y sabihing
ikaw ang bathalang pumukaw sa akin,
ikaw ang nagbukas sa aking damdamin
ng̃ lihim at unang pinto ng̃ paggiliw.
