Mitsuko Horie (堀江 美都子 Horie Mitsuko) was born on March 8, 1957 in Kanagawa, Japan. She's a voice actress and singer. She has voiced some Anime Characters and sang many theme songs for both Anime's and Sentai's.

Some popular voice roles that she has done was the voice of Sailor Galaxia in Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars, Remi in Remi: Nobody's Girl and as Upa in Dragon Ball.
