Pickpocket Suspects Captured, Mobbed By Passengers

According to the video from GMA News and Public Affairs, four pickpocket suspects were captured after being mobbed by the passengers inside a bus.

The incident happened in EDSA corner Ayala Avenue in Makati City when a yellow bus stopped in the middle of the road and caused a build up in traffic.

When the traffic constables checked the bus, the passengers are unruly, they're mobbing the four pickpocket suspects. The Police arrived, captured the thieves and identified them as the "Ipit Gang".

The suspects are covering their faces and said that the accusations about them are not true. One of them said that the bus driver mistaken them as robbers and started hitting them with with a steel tube.

Modus Operandi

The group will ride a bus especially those buses with standing passengers. The more passengers, the better because it will be easier for them to hide their bad activities inside the public transportation vehicle.
