Manny Pacquiao apologizes after comparing homosexuals to animals
Manny Paquiao is known to be a devotedly spiritual man. We have seen how he show his faith and he obviously tries not to hide it, which sometimes makes him the center or controversies most especially on his latest issue about gay marriage.

Manny Pacquiao, 37-year-old member of the House of Representatives, has stated his side with regards to same sex marriage before which he did again last Tuesday. He strongly stand his ground against same sex marriage. He said, "It's just common sense. Have you seen any animal having male-to-male or female-to-female relations?" According to the Sarangani representative animals are better because they are able to identify gender differences and said, "If you have male-to-male or female-to-female (relationships), then people are worse than animals."
However, after his remarks on same sex marriage, Manny Pacquiao boldly apologized to the public in his 47 second video uploaded on Facebook after his comparison of gays and animals saying that homosexuals are worse than animals.
In his apology video, he said that he was deeply sorry for hurting people by comparing homosexuals to animals. He also asked for forgiveness for those he has hurt with his statements. He claimed that he will still stand on his belief that he is against same sex marriage because of that the Bible says, but he made it clear that he is not condemning LGBT.
In the video, he humbled himself before the people and before God for his mistake. He ended the video with a thank you and God bless.
