Did Alden Richards say "I Love You" to Maine Mendoza through phone call?

But in one episode of Kalyeserye, could it be that the couple exchanged real "I love you" with each other?
In the video below, the Kalyeserye Sweetheart is on the phone with Alden as he is absent that day due to his series of concerts in the Middle East. It was the Kalyeserye episode #ALDUBTrust because there are issues regarding the rumors that something was brewing between Maine and Jake.
However, the sweet phone call between these two squashed out the doubts as Alden told her that he'd be back soon and that he wished that Maine was with him the next time he went back to the Middle East. Alden then asked that they have a video call later and then proceeds telling her "AlDub you" to which Yaya Dub responds with the same. But before they ended the call, you could hear Alden saying "AlDub you" again... or was it "I love you"?
