Maine Mendoza's "Waray-Waray + Watch Me Nae Nae" Dance

The star-studded GMA Thanksgiving Party at the Makati Shangrila last February 10 was to thank all advertisers who endlessly support the Kapuso station. Among the stars who came that night together were Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera as well as the phenomenal AlDub, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza.

Maine Mendoza mashes up "Waray-Waray / Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" with Jerald Napoles and Tristan Cheng

But the fun didn’t stop even after the party. In a Snapchat video uploaded by Sunday Pinasaya host Jerald Napoles (@iamjnapoles), he, along with Maine and Tristan Cheng, was singing in a short mashup clip of Waray-Waray and Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae). The song Waray-Waray was popularized by the late Elizabeth Ramsey while Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae) is by American Rapper Silentó.

AlDub fans, however, wondered where the Pambansang Bae at that time, with some commenting that the one laughing in the background was him while some say that Alden had already gone home when this video was taken.
