Girl from Japan makes a surprise visit to her Man in the Philippines

A long-distance relationship, commonly referred to as LDR, is described as the romantic and intimate relationship between partners who are geographically isolated from one another.

But really, it's much more complicated as that since along with that romance are the numerous other challenges and hardships that come along with being physically separated from each for long periods of time.

However, there's always that one thing every person in an LDR looks forward to: the day they see each other face-to-face again.

And the video is just that. A girl named Eliza Fernandez started counting down the days until she came back home to the Philippines from Japan - until the day she'd see her boyfriend, Kevin Ferenal, once again.

She started on the 29th day down to the day when she went back to the Philippines, even letting some of her relatives and friends count down the day for her in the videos.

She finally arrived back on the 23rd of March 2016, and on that same day, around 8 in the evening in Imus, Cavite, she surprised her boyfriend with her homecoming!

The video (as of posting) has over one million views, almost 58 thousand likes, and over 30 thousand shares. Watch the video and see how her boyfriend reacted to her sweet gesture!
