According to Wikipedia, the Bullwinkle is

529 meters tall, pile-supported fixed steel oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico. It was built in the 1980s by the Gulf Marine Fabricators at the North Yard location at the intersection of the Corpus Christi Ship Channel and the Intracoastal Waterway in Port Aransas, Texas.

Construction of a "gigantic" oil rig platform and how it was moved out to the sea

It was the world's tallest oil rig at the time of construction and was installed by Shell in 1988. Furthermore, this massive oil rig was regarded as one of the 20th century's most extraordinary engineering feats.

Its base is called a 'jacket' to where the platform is affixed on top. And in the video, this base was attached to a cargo ship which towed the base along with the gigantic oil rig platform on top of it. This ship, which we're sure was pretty big in itself, looked small in comparison.

The structure is taller than the Sears Tower.

This footage made some people contest that this was the largest structure ever that was moved from one place to another.
