Eat Bulaga's Kalyeserye has produced different amazing characters and also they invented some funny words and punchlines that the viewers will never ever forget.

"Babala... asawa ni? BABALU!" This is where it all started. The episode of Eat Bulaga's Kalyeserye where Babalu was first mentioned and made everyone laugh.

The birth of Kalyeserye's "Babalu"

On this video clip from Keme Keme, the ALDUB love team has just started sharing their kilig moments to the audience. Lola Nidora is against the sweetness of Alden and Yaya DUB so she gave then a warning, which is "BABALA!"

Upon saying the word "Babala...", Paolo quickly tailed it with a question, "Asawa ni?" and Lola Nidora must answer the opposite name of the word which is "Babalu".

But before she can pronounce the name, Donya Nidora (Wally) tried to hold his laughter resulting in a unexpected funny moment.

Paolo laughed so hard and the hosts on the Broadway Centrum asked Nidora to retake the scenario without laughing. She must pronounce it completely without any sign that she's laughing.
