"Broken Vow" is a song that was written by Lara Fabian and Walter Afanasieff for Fabian's self-titled album released in 1999. It has since been recorded and performed by many other singers.

The video below is a rendition of the same song by the Pambansang Bae. In one of his birthday party celebrations, Alden Richards, along with other Kapuso artists such as Barbie Forteza and Derrick Monasterio, friends and supporters, was having fun with each other's company and singing karaoke.

Alden crooned the bittersweet song using his sweet voice that delighted everyone present. In fact, some commenters in the video were asking for Alden to officially release a rendition of the song as you could really feel the heartfelt feelings he put as he sang along. Everyone gave him a huge round of applause when he finished singing then he thanked everyone and said that it was his "best birthday celebration so far."

This video just proves how well Alden can sing and that his second album titled Wish I May really deserves its quadruple platinum award.
