Shaolin monks are famed for the martial arts they practice, popularized by numerous movies about them, but one thing that makes them all the more amazing was the capability of some of them to stand on one finger.

In the video, this monk named Shi Liliang performed the incredible Shaolin skill, wherein he balanced himself inverted using only his pointed finger to entertain a crowd at the Fenghuang Mountain in North China's Liaoning Province in early October during China's National Day Holiday.

Shi first supported himself using all of his outstretched fingers from two hands as he threw his legs up against a board held by two other men. He proceeded removing one hand off the ground and then balanced himself using one finger for support.

Only a few people in the world are able to do this skill, and watching this monk, who is reportedly in his thirties, is just amazing!
