Bossing at Jose, pinasunod ang banda gamit ang kilay at ilong (Eat Bulaga)
conducting is the art of directing a musical performance, such as an orchestral or choral concert, wherein a conductor sets the tempo, ensures correct entries by various members of the ensemble, and "shapes" the phrasing where appropriate through hand gestures, typically though not invariably with the aid of a baton, and may use other gestures or signals, such as eye contact.

Bossing Vic Sotto and Jose Manalo's epic band conducting showdown
However in GMA 7's noontime variety show Eat Bulaga's Juan For All, All For Juan episode, Bossing Vic Sotto and Jose Manalo had other things in mind.In fact, they ditched the use of their hands all together in conducting the guest band they had in Broadway. Through the segment's usual split screen, Jose conducted the band using his head! The band started playing the tune of Katy Perry's "Firework" as Jose turned his head side to side and a head bow to signal them to stop.
But, of course, Bossing had funnier plans as he conducted the band using only his eyebrows! Everyone burst into laughter but Jose tried one more time to conduct the band, this time using his nostrils!

The camera even had to zoom in as it was too hard to see but you can see the band laughing along at the Dabarkads funny antics!
