Rape-robbery Suspect that Mayor kicked, now Dead!
A rape-robbery suspect in Quezon City died after he tried to gain the weapon of his police escort while on an inquest proceedings on the city hall.
Mark Soque was captured last Thursday, February 12, 2015. He received some kicks and punches from the Quezon City Mayor, Herbert "Bistek" Bautista and some victims.
According to the news report from AKSYON, TV5, the suspect was shot on the head while the policewoman got some minor bruises. They rushed Soque to the hospital but announced dead.
There are only few people on the hall of justice when the incident happened.
