The dog in the video seems to have an injury pulling itself with its front legs. But the passer-by seemed to have guessed the dog’s scheme and ignores it. The dog miraculously stood up on its four legs.

This could probably one of the dog’s acts to get treats from passer-bys but in that time the dog has failed to get any.
