Betong Sumaya interviewed Alden Richards in Dubai regarding the "Boracay Surprise" to Maine Mendoza

"From 87 percent na tampo nagging one percent na lang," Alden Richards said during the GMA Pinoy TV's Kapusong Pinoy Dubai event held last March 10 in Al Nasr Leisureland, Dubai, UAE. He was joined by Betong Sumaya at Aicelle Santos and this trio rocked the place with meet and greets and wow performances during the concert.

During one portion, Betong asked the Pambansang Bae what happened during his and loveteam Maine Mendoza during their Boracay trip. If you'll remember, it was the Dubsmash Queen's birthday last March 3 and, according to Alden's story in the video below, Maine invited him to go to Boracay with her last March 6 as part of her extended birthday celebration.

However, Alden thought of surprising her so he told her that he couldn't go - to which Maine felt that 87% tampo for Alden. But when Alden showed up and knocked on her door, Maine's tampo level fell down to one percent much to the delight of the fans who were there listening.

According to reports, a private plane flew the AlDub/MaiDen loveteam to Boracay, along with the EB dancers, some staff and a few close friends.
